Everything was perfect and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

The breakfast options included warm food such as fruit and croissants.

Stayed here for 4 nights and tried out one of the specialty restaurants for dinner. the bathroom was super spacious. the pool was spotless and I sipped on some local drinks at the music bar. Getting checked in super quickly was a major plus! 🌟

I opted for a double room with 2 bedrooms, a table tennis facility, and a sunny balcony.

I loved staying in this hotel by the ocean. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to the Gaby beach bar. The hotel facilities were impressive with varied pools to relax in. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the fruit at breakfast was nice. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Sergio on reception.

Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Sergio at reception, made our stay even more enjoyable.

Lovely Christmas getaway! the weather was perfect and the beach was stunning! Enjoyed trying out the different restaurants and the varieties of food provided. Couldn't get enough of the cocktails by the pool! the staff were friendly and helpful, their service exceeded our expectations!

The music by the pool was a bit too loud, which made it difficult to relax and read. the towels were not replaced regularly, which could have been better.

Located on a beautiful beach and in proximity of a relaxing piano bar, this hotel offers a great location for a chill vacation. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with well, equipped bathrooms. the service is exceptional, with a helpful staff and a level of pampering that is top, notch. the breakfast is delicious, and there are plenty of facilities and room advantages to enjoy, including a spa and adults, only pool.

Some of the buffet restaurants are quite loud and not to everyone's taste.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that met my needs. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing, with various body wraps, body scrubs, beauty treatments, massages. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, sun terrace, beautiful garden area and aqua park were all perfect places to relax in. the hotel's live entertainment was a great addition to the experience.

I only experienced one minor issue at this venue. the service at the snack bar was slow at times, which was frustrating given the exclusive experience provided by the hotel.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel exceeded our expectations! the Spa & wellness center was luxurious, complete with a sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms for massages and facials. the outdoor swimming pool was surrounded by a beautiful sun terrace and garden area, perfect for soaking up the sun. the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area were convenient for grabbing a bite or a cocktail. the buffet breakfast each morning offered a variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries.

The only minor issue we had was with the service. While the staff was friendly, sometimes it took a while to get drinks at the bars, and our room wasn't always cleaned by the time we returned from the beach.

Had an amazing Christmas holiday at a beachfront resort. Loved the complementary cocktails upon arrival and the delicious Christmas dinner with live entertainment. The location was perfect, with a stunning view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The pool area was clean and well-maintained with plenty of sun loungers for all guests.

The room was a bit small for the price we paid, and the noise from neighboring rooms could be heard through the thin walls. Also, some of the staff seemed uninterested in providing great customer service and weren't particularly friendly.
